The location is excellent; however, the breakfast could be better, and the room was extremely small. The bathroom also did not have an exhaust fan, which was inconvenient. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel, but it did not meet my expectations. There are better options available in the area.

This hotel alluded to a renovation in signage and an email, but I saw nothing updated yet. Our room was pretty run down and the light colored carpet leading to the elevator was super stained, and that entire area was smelly. Our bathroom had a strong mildew smell in the shower curtain and towels, and the rug had not been vacuumed thoroughly. The location was good, and it was convenient to unload our car out front but I won’t stay here again. I come to NY regularly and I’ve tried many hotels. If you care about value and having a respite from the city’s grime, I would take your money elsewhere.

"Do not stay here. The hotel needs a thorough renovation. The room bathrooms are in awful shape, clean but antiquated and unable to sustain decades of use. The HVAC is inefficient and unable to reduce room temperature to the desired setting. The one bright spot was the friendly staff."
